Canadian-owned Moosehead Breweries filed a trademark infringement complaint in the District Court for the District of Vermont on Monday against Vermont-based brewery Hop’n Moose Brewing Company. As the flood of new breweries and beers continues to flow across Canada and the U.S., trademark disputes are tapping media headlines.
