Josh is an intellectual property lawyer at Oyen Wiggs. Josh leverages his diverse technical expertise to assist clients in protecting and benefitting from their technological innovations.
Josh joined Oyen Wiggs in 2017 as a summer student and has helped clients tackle a broad range of intellectual property issues including patent matters, trademarks, copyright, and licensing.
Prior to entering law, Josh worked for over 2 years at IBM as a consultant where he developed bespoke software solutions for clients in a broad range of verticals. Josh continues his passion for technology through his ongoing work on open source blockchain and web development platforms. Josh’s undergraduate thesis involved research for developing a low-cost prosthetic knee suitable for use in third-world countries.
During his free time, Josh enjoys playing basketball, climbing, being outdoors, and backpacking other countries when given the chance.
