Anastasiia Zaitseva is a licensed trademark agent focusing on all aspects of trademark matters, including trademark registrability searches, preparation and prosecution of trademark applications, opposition and expungement proceedings. She also handles some large trademark portfolios in Canada, the US and other countries.
Anastasiia assists clients from a wide variety of industries. She especially enjoys handling challenging projects and developing tailored solutions for clients.
Anastasiia completed her law degree in Kyiv, Ukraine and obtained 2 master’s degrees with honours in intellectual property law and intellectual property management. She practiced law in Ukraine for over 4 years, including IP prosecution and IP litigation, serving some worldwide industry leaders. After moving to Canada, Anastasiia graduated from Centennial College, became a licensed paralegal in Ontario and worked at a boutique IP firm in Toronto. She subsequently joined Oyen Wiggs Green & Mutala LLP and obtained a trademark agent license.
Anastasiia is fluent in Ukrainian. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, drawing and travelling.
